Longevity consulting · Founding cohort forming

Most tech careers run at redline. Yours doesn't have to.

We help you build an engine with range — low idle by default, full power when it counts, fast recovery after — so you can sustain a demanding career instead of burning out.

The problem

The people who push the hardest tend to break the quietest.

You optimize everything else — roadmaps, metrics, headcount, launches. But the system running all of it — you — might only get a once-a-year checkup. A wearable flashes a bad number, but the root cause, the fix, and the next step stay unclear. Burnout doesn't announce itself until it's already a problem. We build the system that manages your body and mind with the same rigor you bring to everything else.

The approach

We borrow what works from operating at scale — and build it for you.

01

Wearables deep dives

We aggregate your biometrics across wearable rings, watches, and lab results to identify your baseline strengths and opportunities.

02

Data Driven Reviews

Structured WBR / MBR / QBR metric reviews, in the operating format you already trust — applied to your sleep, recovery, and exercise instead of your P&L.

03

High ROI protocols

Habit-change roadmaps built from protocols I've run on myself first. Small, sequenced, measurable changes — designed to compound instead of overwhelm.

◇ Built on myself first

I don't recommend what I haven't tested on my own body.

Before this was a business, it was a multi-year experiment on the only test subject I had full access to: me, age 39. Here's where my own numbers sit — measured, not estimated.

Measured via TruDiagnostic (DunedinPACE), lab CPET (VO₂ max), Oura (HRV), and a Camry electronic dynamometer (grip strength — seated, elbow at 90°). The VO₂ test was terminated early on equipment failure at submaximal effort, so 57.9 is a floor, not a ceiling. Wearable and lab figures carry device-specific error bands; trends are reliable, absolute numbers are lab-anchored where possible.

Right now, I mostly want to listen.

I'm in discovery — talking to people about where burnout actually bites and what they've tried. If that's you, a 30-minute call costs you nothing and might be the most useful conversation you have this month.

Privacy & approach

How we work — and how we protect your data.

Smithey Longevity Group helps individuals analyze their own biological data and build personal protocols. We are not a medical practice. The work we do is analytical and educational — interpreting your data and helping you act on it. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment. For all clinical care, we encourage clients to maintain their relationship with a physician.

Any data you share with me — wearable exports, lab results, intake questionnaires, conversation notes — is treated as confidential. It is stored on encrypted infrastructure under our control, under strict access control, and never sold or shared with third parties. You can request deletion of all your data at any time.

If you are in crisis, experiencing a medical emergency, or seeking mental health support, please contact your physician, a licensed mental health professional, or in the U.S., call or text 988.
